Food Innovation Hub to Connect Food Experts

Roquette has developed the Food and Nutrition Innovation Hub, a 24/7 online platform created by scientists for scientists, for exploring and finding technical information to support food product development.

This digital platform provides access to the “Product Selection Guide” tool to help choose the right ingredient for specific needs. The Innovation Hub also offers formulation guidelines of candy consistency for example, innovative recipes and food concepts, technical and scientific ingredient data including product profiles, video demonstrations, case studies, troubleshooting, trends, and market information, and direct requests to our customer technical support department.
