At Roquette, we are committed to putting health, safety and well-being at the heart of our concerns. In 2021, we have been involved to carry out well-being initiatives all over the world:

Develop informal conversations and break the work routine

“Work together” concretely – Example in France: Digital team working together



Develop a common culture within the Digital function regarding well-being, psycho-social risks, work–life balance…
Keep connection among managers with a quarterly time spent together to share good practices
Equip with materials to deploy (re)connection sessions, develop sense of belonging among teams

With full sponsorship from the Executive Office members, remind others about simple, common social rules for Roquette, to move forward collectively towards the new ways of working, to care about the well-being of everyone and to continue working together efficiently.
