Our Approach For Improving Well-Being 

Offering a great work environment is key for the health and well-being of employees. Each year at Roquette, we imagine new actions to improve the well-being of all. In 2021, our teams have implemented over 30 initiatives. Our approach is based on four streams: care and support, work together, balance, reflect and take care of myself.

Below are some examples of these initiatives:

• Care and support: Employee Assistance Program for all, people care survey, Pause@Roquette, health week, webinar on happiness, etc.

• Work together
: employee clubs, learning week, smart office, etc.

• Balance: common social rules for “smart meetings,” disconnection campaign, mental health awareness month, etc.

• Reflect and take care of myself: sophrology sessions, health challenge, pandemic prevention package, etc.
