At Roquette, agriculture is essential. To continue offering our high-quality plant-based ingredients through an even more sustainable value chain, we are committed to protecting the environment right from the field. That’s why we join forces with farmers through cooperatives and companies working on initiatives that help regenerating agriculture.

TRANSITIONS Program by Vivescia

Created in 2023 by the French cooperative, Vivescia, TRANSITIONS is a groundbreaking practical program to support farmers in North-East France. It represents a unique cooperation between upstream and downstream sectors. By sweeping away different financial and technical barriers, it will promote the development of regenerative farming to improve soil health, reduce carbon emissions and improve carbon sequestration, without forgetting the development of biodiversity. By 2026, the program will involve 1,000 VIVESCIA farmers, and Roquette is proud of being an active member of the coalition since its early beginnings.

Pour Une Agriculture Du Vivant (For a Living Agriculture)

In 2024, Roquette also joined the associative movement “Pour Une Agriculture du Vivant” (For a Living Agriculture), which cooperates and innovates to engage all actors of the agricultural and food ecosystem in the transformation towards a resilient and value-creating model through agroecology.

As a guarantor of an ambitious agroecological vision, PADV combines field pragmatism, economic realities, and scientific .

By promoting regenerative agriculture through supporting these initiatives, Roquette contributes to ensuring a more sustainable value chain, fostering a resilient agricultural future while improving soil health, reducing carbon emissions and preserving biodiversity.
